This collection is an oasis of calm in stormy times. We begin with the minimal beatless "After Dark" that extends well into the title track "Panta Rhei" a piece of tranquil tones and hazy synths reminiscent of Boards of Canada, the final track - "Teapot Chopstick" to close this all too brief journey is a serene melody underpinned by a more broken tripped rhythm.
